청약철회 · Cancellation & Refund: 구매 후 7일 이내, 미사용 레슨에 한해 전액 환불 가능합니다. 7일 이후에도 언제든 해지·환불하실 수 있으며, 환급액은 미사용 레슨 금액(결제 단가 기준)에서 해지 수수료 10%를 뺀 금액입니다. 아직 한 번도 수강하지 않으셨거나 튜터 사정으로 수업을 제공하지 못한 경우에는 수수료 없이 전액 환급합니다. 서비스 제공 기간: 결제 즉시 이용 가능, 예약 기한 3개월(요청 시 연장). Unused lessons are fully refundable within 7 days of purchase. After that you can still cancel at any time and we refund the value of your unused lessons less a 10% charge, with no charge at all if you have taken none or if we could not deliver.
